Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional inputs to address key issues relevant to product portfolio.
- Developing and managing budgets for marketing initiatives.
- Co-ordinate with third party agents/vendors to design, develop and ensure timely delivery of required inputs.
- Analyse the market, competition & conducting market research to identify opportunities, threats & key issues.
- Develop and conduct training programs for augmenting Field Force effectiveness.
- Regular fieldwork to understand the market, evaluate implementation of strategies and monitor key competitor activities.
- Coordinate across the Field Force and other departments to resolve various product related queries/ issues.
- Development and effective implementation of brand plan/ new launches.
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Facilitate inventory turnover and availability of samples and promotional inputs by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedule.
- Contribute to the sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic qualification: B.Pharm, M. Pharm, B,Sc. or Doctor in any medical practice
- Postgraduation: MMS or MBA in Marketing or Pharma Marketing.
- Experience in Gynecology or Women\'s Health is preferred.
- Hard worker with good market knowledge.
- Who can work under pressure and can get work done in terms of desired sales figures from team.
- Self-starter with Initiative and Result Oriented Leader.
- Positive Attitude.
- Good Communication &Good Documentation skills.
- Good Analytical & Interpersonal Skills.
- Committed & Ambitious Person who would be ready to take challenging responsibilities.
- 4+ years of brand management experience in Pharma industry.
