Responsibilities:


  • Maximizes business unit performance and productivity through developing short-term and long-term business strategic plan and drive excellence in execution at the BU level. Ensure delivery of P&L targets.
  • Directs the development and preparation of short-term and long-range sales/profitability and other goals plans and budgets based upon BU Strategy plan. 
  • Leads the Health care Professional channel by driving awareness on the science of our brands and devising strategies to build strong connects with health care professionals
  • Allocates appropriate resources to achieve projected growth.
  • Establish the structure, processes, operating policies as necessary.
  • Ensures sound services and working relationships with key stakeholders, including key customers, government, key partners and vendors. Plays a key role in shaping the external business environment. 
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, R&D, HR, Finance, IT, Communication and build strong network with regional and global teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Builds organizational capability and demonstrate strong leadership to build a high-performing and engaged team with strong talent pipeline.
  • Identifies, directs and participates in acquisition and future growth activities, including investigations, evaluations, and negotiations in accordance with Franchise’s objectives.  


Requirements:


  • MBA with 20+ years of experience with a very strong understanding of Health Care Professional and OTC Channels.
  • Track record of successfully meeting or exceeing organizational targets, achieving ambitious goals and driving the impact of the business.
  • Solid commercial P&L management experience
  • Proven ability to leverage financial and operational metrics to drive organizational decisions and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Strong experience of leading in a matrixed commercial environment and bringing multi-functional teams together for a common agenda that leads to results.
  • Experience in successful partnership with regional and global stakeholders in commercial development organizations.
  • Strong Experiences of leading organizational change and upgrading organizational capabilities.
  • Demonstrated track record to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
