Responsibilities:


  • Actively hunt for new leads across the different verticals to drive greater engagement rate
  • Identify and assess potential new business models and partners
  • Establish and manage client relationships, including technical integration with our platform
  • Ensure and coordinate smooth on-boarding of clients
  • Monitor, track and analyse key competitor offerings and promotions
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and product collateral
  • Retain and grow revenue from clients and advertisers; exceed sales goals
  • Provide clients with the highest level of customer service, consultancy and after sales support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as marketing and product teams (but not limited to), to achieve the team’s KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with key marketing campaigns
  • Assist in affiliate cashback duties, product UAT and perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ideally possessing at least 3 years of experience in business development role, preferably in the loyalty and rewards program
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Creative and analytical thinker, with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in maintaining relations with new partners, and accelerating returns from existing relationships
  • Able to multi-task and respond quickly and effectively to the challenges faced in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive energy and attitude
  • Enthusiastic and passionate, and high attention to details
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, and delivering results
  • Team player and ability to work effectively independently
  • Strong data analytical skills will be an advantage
