Business Unit Production Manager

Responsibilities : 

• You will manage, plan, and lead activities of the assigned business unit(s) in compliance to Sustainability, Quality, and Legal requirements. 
• You will ensure full focus on achieving all assigned KPIs "end-to-end" (from Supplier to Consumer) linked to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale, following a preventive/predictive approach and you will collaborate with the Production Manager to the strategy development and deployment linked to the business strategy for business unit. 
• You will also develop and lead an integrated and high performing team following principles of lean manufacturing to step up the team capabilities.

Requirements :

• At least 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing within the tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry and at least 3 years of experience as people manager. 
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required. 
• You must also be amenable to work in Batangas Plant
