Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Define a competitive advantage for your category in line with the Product Line strategy and build a robust 5-year roadmap
  • Identify opportunities based on the market sizing for the category across each market
  • Identify and deliver consumer insights for the category working with Marketing & Markets
  • Develop strong propositions with unique selling points based on consumer insights to drive market share growth
  • Build a model catalogue for the category 
  • Lead the product development steps along with project managers
  • Manage sourcing initiatives with global sourcing team to identify & develop better strategic suppliers (when required)
  • Lead the delivery of commercial results for the category
  • Ensure the readiness of the commercial launch in collaboration with Design, R&D, Marketing and CAs Product Line teams
  • Define VPM (Volume, Price, Mix) strategy and look for business insights to improve further
  • Steer the monthly commercial business reviews and drive commercial agenda for the category


Requirements:


  • 5-10 Years of experience in building a business and developing commercial results.
  • Proven ability to operate in a large, complex organization and maximize the value of strong brands.
  • Sound commercial experience as business development/sales/channels and/or key account management or/and Marketing/Product Management closely supporting Sales force.
