Role Description:
- This role will be responsible for secretarial work and co-ordination with various departmental activities at our client/Vantage Americas.
Responsibilities:
Functional Core
- Coordinate & organize for interviews / internal and external meetings / training programs, etc.
- Coordinate and prepare various reports / trackers as required
- Calendar & Email Management
- Travel arrangements for VP Americas & the team
- Prepare and circulate MoM’s to include in trackers and send updates accordingly.
- Maintaining / managing project related documents in both soft copy & hard copy.
- Co-ordination with the department, as and when required.
- Co-ordination with the teams, other co-ordinators and leads /analysists for departmental activities.
- Assist in preparing aesthetically appealing presentations, excel analysis, etc.
- Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
- The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Requirements:
- Minimum Requirement Desired Level of Education
- Any Graduate; Strong MS Office handling
- Secretarial practice
Experience
- 3 - 5 years in assisting Senior Management in the Pharmaceutical or Nutritional segment preferably in the Sales function
