Overview
- The position will work as a part of the Compliance team to develop and administer all aspects of compliance program.
- The position will be primarily responsible for serving as a project manager for compliance projects and new initiatives both at the and OpCo levels, managing the third party vetting (TPG) program, conducting live training, supporting audits and investigations, advising OpCos on building out their compliance programs and controls, conducting risk assessments, and supporting all other aspects of a robust, global compliance program.
- The position will support companies as they implement and maintain policies and compliance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the TPG program including system administration
- Responsible for direct reports relating to centralized aspects of the TPG program
- Develop monitoring programs for for compliance related programs
- Oversight of the hotline processes, including investigation management and reporting
- Support related hotline investigations as directed
- Serve as project manager on selected projects/initiatives
- Support and participate in compliance risk assessment process
- Draft updates to compliance policies and guidance
- Respond to questions on policies and programs OpCo Compliance Programs
- Support continued growth of OpCo compliance programs and controls
- Support OpCos in implementing compliance initiatives
- Support OpCos in developing processes for monitoring and testing their compliance programs
- Respond to questions on policies and initiatives Global Training Program
- Conduct live training
- Perform corporate “new hire” training
- Prepare and review training decks Communications and Research
- Lead drafter/reviewer of quarterly newsletter for global distribution, monthly compliance bulletin for OpCo compliance contacts
- Support policy development and revisions
- Assist with program benchmarking Key Accomplishments – First Eighteen Months
- Successfully managed key project to completion within established timeline
- Developed relationships and trust with key constituencies

Requirements:
Qualifications – Skills and Experience Qualifications include:
- Ability to communicate effectively cross-culturally both verbally and in writing
- Close attention to detail; consummate proof-reader and fact-checker
- Strong business and legal writing skills
- Strong project management skills; proficiency in tracking tasks and keeping projects on schedule
- Strong analytical skill and experience with working with large datasets and designing monitoring tools
- Familiarity with compliance industry tools and resources
- Experience managing vendors and maximizing value
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of webinar technology
- Highly organized
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to spot issues and judgment to know when to elevate issues
- High personal standards of performance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance competing priorities
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative cross-functional relationships
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- Prior work experience in a corporate compliance or related field
