Job description

Responsibilities: 


  • Responsible and accountable for business and functional operations within the country(ies). 
  • This includes shared P&L accountability and shared management of functions within the market in alignment with matrix market owners.
  • Identifies possible investment opportunities, white spots, cross-divisional
  • Prospects and drives opportunities together with the management team members.
  • Develops customer, Industry & external relations
  • Supports commercial initiatives across all divisions
  • Delivery of budgeted country (ies) sales / income / financial targets
  • Delivery of pricing targets
  • DSO and DOH management
  • Leads infrastructure decisions that will affect country presence, cash flow,
  • Financial standing or business results.
  • Leads all synergy projects in that country(ies)
  • Maintains, together with Country Finance Leader (“Controller”), all internal
  • Functions (where no dedicated position exists), such as:
  • Indirect procurement, Fleet, Facility management, Mobile phone
  • Operations, Office supplies, administration etc.
  • Collaborates with Market/Region functions as applicable

  • Need to have Leadership
  • Need to be a Delivery


Education:


  • Master Degree
