Job description

Role Description:

 

  • Provide varying degrees of support and enhance the lines of communication between the organization and customer to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Inbound shipments from India:
  • Coordinating for inbound shipment to ensure the imported product deliver to warehouse as per plan
  • Ensures timely shipment document preparation and SAP updating
  • Coordinating import shipment and complete the necessary LPI system for clearance formality
  • Outbound local shipment: Preparation and coordinating for shipment documentation and logistics, update SAP & maintaining Reports (Weekly / Monthly)
  • Review of inbound and outbound shipment Plan for Indonesia warehouse.
  • Support Thai customers with their product developments that include colour matching / artwork development / Samples for product trails etc. Coordinate these developments with India
  • Coordinating for receiving an update inventory report


Requirements:


  • Graduate and 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales support.


Desired:


  • Diploma in Import/Export management
