About our client

My client is an American multinational food manufacturing company headquartered in United States. 


Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Sales Fundamentals, Consumer initiative, promotional execution & forecast/order management.
  • Leading a sales team and execute the elements of the Joint business planning.
  • BDA agreement negotiations and financial Management. (Profitable growth)
  • The candidate will report & take directions from the Head of Modern Trade of (employee). 
  • CTL will then execute the directions to influence the TEAM.
  • He candidate would be working with around 10 distributor people for each region.
  • For eg. Today we have a new SKU OR MPT that they are launching in the trade. So the CTL will get directions from and will go to trade arm of TEAM and will tell them that they need to focus on the new MPT which means they need to have the right shelf place, right visibility, right execution at right stand, on time execution..
  • Other duties include planogram, influencing and ensuring the planogram are updated on time and multi activation.


Requirements:


  • Must have driving license.
  • Must be able to speak in English at professional level.
  • Must have Saudi (region/market/geography) knowledge very well.
  • Must have modern trade experience
  • Must have experience of handling Key Accounts in the region.
