Data Analytics- C11/C12/C13

Our client operates in the Financial sector, with its headquarters rooted strongly in the United States. It has its branches spread to more than 160 countries, providing employment to more than 200k people all over the world. They fall in the Top 15 largest Banks in the United States. Its core business is to provide various Banking and Financial services to its clients. It is known to have one of the biggest balance sheet banks in the world (among others) aiding it to offer 360-degree financial services to its clients.

Role Description:

• The Pooled Associate – Data Analytics will report to COE Super Sector Pod head for the sector and will work on multiple data analytics projects in collaboration with Global Super Sector Pod Head, COE Super Sector Pod Head, onshore Analysts, Mumbai Pooled and Dedicated Associates as well as Research Operations team such as Innovation Lab.  

Responsibilities:

• Translate business questions to data-driven analysis.
• Participate in designing targeted solutions to identified business questions.
• Load, manipulate and visualize data.
• Collect, process and enrich data of different formats from multiple sources using a variety of technologies and platforms.
• Analyze the data using various analytics models and tools. 
• Build models, draw insights, build and present reports, visual presentations which are tailored to different stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Advanced Excel including VBA.
• Experience with Advanced data modelling – predictive models and machine learning algorithms, econometrics. 
• Scripting experience in Java, Python.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, ETL and data visualization/BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.
• Exposure to Web scraping, Text analytics & Survey analysis will be advantageous.
