Job description

Responsibilities:

Lead Data and Analytics team that supports customers big data platform.
Partnership with customer’s technology team to create data products.
Provide BAU support to suite of Data platform and data products.
Ensure zero audit issues, closely monitor compliance and governance for applications managed by the team.
Ensure production stability and incident resolution as per the agreed turnaround time and SLA.
Proactively identify compliance, process improvements/automation and work with customer to improve them.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in Data Visualization using Tableau. Experienced in QlikSense/Power BI.
Experience with enterprise data lakes, datastore applications (Snowflake, Redshift, Postgres).
Prior hands-on experience in writing SQLs to fetch data from various data source (Database, API, JSON)
Proficiency in one of the programming languages preferably PySpark or Python.
Strong understanding in investment operational systems and analytics/business intelligence tools for creating data products and analytical offerings to the firm.
Prior experience in leading multiple smaller teams to deliver data products, provide BAU support to data platforms and supporting customer with audit, compliance matters.
