Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure field execution is as per expected standards (PJP adherence, samplings, paid/ unpaid visibility execution & MSS achievements) and planned to support business growth
  • SO/ SSO and ASM PJP adherence and timely submission of demand forecasting DC Visits, store visits and RO visits à converted into actionable points for business growth.
  • Ensuring the CFR norm adherence with timely intervention with channel supply lead
  • Providing NKAMs the necessary regional inputs and co-create the final plans along with KAM and Customer marketing teams.
  • Defining regional wiring for key accounts at ASM/ SO level with due feedback forms
  • Demand planning at Depot* SKU level and its accuracy (co-owned with supply lead)
  • Target setting for SOs/ ASMs at month/ quarter level
  • Ensuring that due support is taken from Marketing/ Customer marketing team to manage any offtake anomalies or trends (at regional level) in due time
  • Own the claim process for both DSDs and accounts; highlight to channel lead at due frequency.
  • Ensure claims settled by TP/ HIPL team in designated fashion
  • Review and update any credit/ payment norms for accounts at a quarter level Own collection for regional accounts
  • Conduct weekly review meetings with ASMs and SOs on sales progress and details around activations and distributor management and provide guidance in case of areas / regions falling short of plan
  • Own the process along with channel customer marketing lead & Participate in weekly/ Monthly review calls with Regional General Manager
  • Compile and analyze sales figures, conduct performance review meeting and present overall geographic zone results in monthly reviews
  • Develop appropriate action plans for increasing customer value / customer satisfaction based on the cumulative feedback of the ASM / ASE / SOs from their market visits
  • Oversee distributor performance based on the pre-defined parameters of sales volume revenue etc and understand issues faced by the distributors
  • Oversee and finalize critical negotiations with distributor partners and retailers on point of sales activations, execute and evaluate POS level activations


Requirements:


  • 13+ years total; min RSM/ NKAM grade for 4+ years
  • FMCG min 10 years
  • Experienced in handling multiple categories.
  • Experience in general trade sales (added advantage)
  • Experience in both impulse and planned purchase categories.
  • KAM operations and planning cycles
  • Demand forecasting principles
