Design Engineer

They provide a complete range of offerings, from individual products and services to integrated end-to-end asset management solutions. They also employ the industry’s latest technologies and processes to provide the entire suite of solutions to their customers as they seek to improve the efficiency of their asset ownership and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Creates design packages to comply API spec Q1 and API product specification requirements.
• To prepare drawings on solid Edge software.
• Should be able to apply suitable standards and procedures in engineering activities.
• To prepare and review design BOM, work instructions, forms, design calculations, list of standards, material specifications, design validation procedures, drawings, ITP, FAT, IOM, SAT, Purchase Specifications, list of design packages.
• To review and verify design documentation.
• Design & Development of suitable Jigs/fixture for routinely produced items.
• Reverse engineering of some of OEM Equipment’s.
• To standardize engineering drawings, related engineering procedures.
• Part modeling and drafting for product and/or components.
• Reverse Engineering of product and/ or components involves measurement, modeling, drafting, analysis and assembly. Standardization process enforce by department to enrich existing process.
• To prepare Material Construction Data Sheet (MCDS).
• Supplier development for new area of product design requirement.
• Actively participation & effective utilization of training imparted to you.
• User friendly with design software especially solid Edge.

Requirements:

• Experience 3 to 4 Years
• Education Bachelor degree / Diploma in mechanical engineering.
