DGM Finance – Financial controller

Responsibilities:

• Identify the major duties/responsibilities of the job.
• List the percentage of the incumbent's time that will be spent on each major duty/responsibility. 
• Total should not exceed 100 percent. 
• It is not necessary to list duties/responsibilities that represent less than 10 percent of time.
• Improvement of systems and processes so that we have robust processes in place with required documentation.
• Internal Audit of various processes on a rolling basis
• To lead process audits and implementation of action identified with relevant stakeholders
• Monthly/ quarterly closing, year-end closing in line with statutory requirements, Statutory and tax audit management
• Financial statement preparation along with notes to accounts 
• Working capital reporting and management 
• ‘Go to’ person for any Accounting related query.
• Tax compliance – Direct and Indirect , understanding on Transfer pricing for intercompany transactions
• To handle legal/ tax litigations. 

Requirements:

• CA with 8+ years exp
• Financial Reporting,Tax, Supply chain finance/ plant controller role experience in addition to reporting would be a good fit. 
• Finance reporting and compliance experience. 
• Handling of audit – internal/statutory. 
• Tax understanding with the ability to work on SAP systems. 
• Knowledge of accounting policies and processes.
• ICEFR / Process audit knowledge.
