Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Develops and manages efficient processes for measuring execution in the market by using digital technology, integrating this information into current work systems, ERP or other systems used in sales.
  • Leads the processes of collecting information and measuring monthly activities through digital or standard technologies to ensure timely availability of full sales data .
  • Ensures the proper functioning of sales systems and their updating in accordance with current business requirements.
  • Manage testing and acceptance processes regarding new sales system updates, changes or accuracy disputes with internal or external partners, with persons responsible for collecting information for digital or standard data.
  • Responsible for integrating new digital technologies into sales systems.
  • Responsible for implementing and updating digital and standard systems (master data changes, KPIs, ...) used in sales to ensure the delivery of information necessary to measure sales force KPIs.
  • Project Manager for Digital Sales Agenda within Sales Organization, Global and Partners.
  • Coordinates with the main responsibilities of sales processes and activities to facilitate an efficient and correct process for measuring and reporting sales performance.
  • Leads auditing processes of standard and digital sales data; identifies and implements optimal solutions to solve audit incidents and or to increase the efficiency and correctness of data collected through audit.
  • People Management: Develops the team with subordinate roles to increase OTIF's delivery capacity of the tasks under responsibility, to increase technical and business knowledge within the team.
  • Responsible for leading the subordinate team in order to develop the team sustainably and efficiently.

Coordinates with sales departments to deliver OTIF's RTC and sales objectives.


Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Completed higher education, recommended higher education IT / Cybernetics

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales analysis
  • Knowledge of analysis and interpretation of statistical data
