Director, Group Enterprise Architecture

Responsibilities:

• Develop and govern the enterprise technology architecture blueprint (incl. Application/Integration, Information/Data, Technical/Infrastructure/Security) that aligns IT Strategy with Business Strategy & Process
• Contribute from an EA perspective to the Digital roadmap and strategy
• Work with Business and IT Teams to deliver enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and synchronized with business needs
• Ensure consistency in design across Group Solutions   
• Promote shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows.
• Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality and is aligned with business, IT strategies and security standards.
• Can effectively communicate and facilitate key design decisions with senior business and IT stakeholders 
• Adhere to group standards and drive compliance across the group
• Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies
• Translating business strategies to technical strategies and define end to end technology architectures    

Requirements:                

• Have proven track record of delivering large and complex projects on time and on budget
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of technology leadership, business leadership and strategic planning in a corporate environment
• Demonstrate expertise in application solution design, application and process integration, IT infrastructure design (including cloud), cyber security and technology, solution implementation, migration, and modernization. 
• Good understanding of Agile, DevSecOps and product management. 
• Excellent communicator, both in communication with specialists and with main stakeholders
• Comfortable presenting and influencing at senior level Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross country/culture interactions
• Can deal with ambiguity and complexity
• Able to translate theory into practice and the other way around
• Experience in multinational matrix organization
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English
