Responsibilities:
Financial contribution:
- Contribute to client portfolio profitability improvement
- Deliver annual Group CG annual targets including but not restrictive: NSV, EBIT, NOC,
- Improve our Key Regional Client P&L
Operational contributions:
- Participate in building the annual Client growth strategy along with the Group Client Growth Directors
- Ensure the right monitoring of our client performance and propose action plan to accelerate the growth or correct potential gap in collaboration with the local operation
- Oversee market research & business analyses, evaluate finding and assess strategic viability
- Support contract renewal process and facilitate deal closing
- Improve client’s retention
Internal contributions:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, both local and global in
- identifying upselling opportunities
- Support the establishment of long-term relationship with our Key Regional Client and support LBUM with their Key Local Client
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Studies/Marketing preferred.
- 7 to 10 years' experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing and/or business development.
- Very good Business Acumen
- Demonstrate research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate client and/or customer account management skills
- Demonstrate business development experience in applying business development principles for at least medium- to large-sized companies in similar industries
- Demonstrate understanding of the FMCG business
