• Combustible Category global development pathway in 1 of four specific locations (Argentina, Indonesia,Philippines, Turkey).
• Your 18-month development journey will provide you with robust learning experiences, a global support network, gaining insight into the broader business, developing transferable skills, and engaging with different areas of our team.
• A robust performance review will follow each assignment, allowing you to celebrate your successes and reach your development goals.

Requirements:

• Globally mobile, highly motivated professionals seeking international growth opportunities. 
• 3-5 years working experience with fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing orManagement (MBA is optional).
• Fluency in data analytics, strong customer focus mindset, excellent communicative capability, and demonstrable program management experience.
• Using your highly analytical, problem solver, agile mindset and the ability to design and simplify existing processes.
