Responsibilities:
- Work on creating and implementing business strategy for business growth and transformation projects while working closely with CEO
- Build tracking and governance mechanisms for key projects and initiatives with actionable MIS and analytics
- Conduct proactive data analysis & forecasting implications of key indices & provide inputs to develop plans to counter the key challenges and risks
- Business Planning along with market Intelligence framework
- Ensure readiness with timely & quality output (presentations / data analytics) for all internal & external requirements / reviews
- Prepare informatory Reports for decision making.
- Preparation of executive summaries of meeting and proposals.
- Develop good understanding of business
- Analyzing competition and market trends.
- Evaluating business performance with financial implications
- Gathering market intelligence.
- Developing targets and growth plans for the organization.
- Benchmarking organizational processes with the best practices.
- Providing strategic inputs to CEO
Requirements:
Experience
- 4-6 years of experience, including:
- 2+ Experience in project Management/ Business development
- Experience in Solar/Energy/Power industry would be preferred
Education Qualification / Additional Certifications:
- B.E. (Any stream)
- MBA (Finance) – Preferred
Technical Skills:
- MS Excel
- Microsoft Powerpoint
- Microsoft Project / Primavera (Optional)
