Responsibilities:

As a Finance Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparation of Billing and submission of Customer invoices.
• Maintaining, organizing, and analyzing billing data. Good hands-on on Excel.
• Analysis of monthly Revenue and intercompany charge outs.
• Preparation of month end accruals, reconciliation of account balances and reports/schedules.
• Processing of Vendor Invoices and payments
• Good understanding of Accounts Payables, Accounts receivables and Treasury processes.
• Coordination with Shared Services and Third-Party service providers.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
• Collaborating with business leaders and support functions for gathering inputs for billing of people cost (FTE) and responding to their queries.

Requirements:

• Candidate with experience in handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other functions of the Finance and Accounting Department.
• Work independently and do deep dive analysis for any issues.
• Proficiency of reporting tools and ERP systems like Oracle, SAP and HFM.
