Job description

1. Purpose of the Position - To convert the available market opportunities in Sleeves Market & increase profitable sales of Kris Flexipacks Pvt. Ltd.

2 Job Title - Sr. Executive / Asst.Manager - S&M-south

3 Reporting to - VP-S&M-Sleeves South

4 Roles & Responsibilities -

Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationship with customers in order to grow current & new business.
Executing the Sales with proper coordination & assistance from help of back office, plant & senior Sales team
Key Account Management
Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationship.
Focused on Packaging to F&B and FMCG industry.
Conducting market survey and making a list of potential customers.
Generate Leads from market or reference & convert them into sales.
Coordinate with the other functional team to ensure best customer service.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities for the organization.
Exposure to CRM and NAV to be used extensively in day-to-day operations. (A training will be given to you for that).

5 Core Competencies

* Excellent communication skill in Hindi (Verbal) & English (Written & Verbal) with an attitude to learn.
* Should have working knowledge in MS Office & Customer Relationship Management software. * Should be smart and energetic with good presentation capability. * Enthusiastic & passionate to grow in career.

6 Experience & Education - *Degree diploma in Printing and packaging industry. Fresher, preferably 1-2yrs in product sales, preferably from printing & packaging Industry.

7 Location - Coimbatore.
