Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support a small sales team to achieve sales objectives in HK.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team according company’s objectives by promoting FMCG products.
  • Ensure efficient on Cycle Plan and troubleshoot live issues during implementation.
  • Regularly evaluate and follow through objectives to improve effectiveness of the team performance by providing quality advice, consultation and supports.
  • Identify new market opportunities, plan and implement new sales & marketing.
  • Manage the respective territory budgets.
  • Manage business partnerships with correspondent retailers and identify potential business opportunities with the team.
  • Coordinate with internal management on the sales cycle activities, brand initiatives, Projects and other commercial campaigns.
  • Design and implement sales plans, supported by previous sales data, market insights. 
  • Conduct frequent field audits and implement process enhancement to improve efficiency and ROI.


Requirements:


  • University graduate with a degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline.
  • 5-15 years FMCG or Beverages working experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Solid Field Sales/ General Trade experience.
  • Strong analytical acumen and good social skills to influence all stakeholders.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
