Job description

Role Description: 


  • We have an excellent opportunity available for a Foodservice Lead role in France to make a difference. 
  • The position is part of the French Foodservice team where you will be working alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. 
  • Purpose of the position: Ensure profitable development of their brands to our Food Service Customers in France- reporting to our Managing Director France.
  • Coordinating & optimizing commercial relations with customers (wholesales & consumers).


Responsibilities: 


  • Lead commercial negotiations and conclude annual agreements in line with budget objectives (ZBB / MBO).
  • Promote new products and enlarge existing customer activities with new categories.
  • Grow commercial relationships with our customers (Burger King- KFCMetro……).
  • Participate and contribute to competitors’ watch and department process setting (forecast- commercial policies- ZBB- MBO…)
  • Manage a team of 6 people.


Requirements: 


  • Master’s degree ideally in Sales or Business Management.
  • 6/8 years of experience in a Sales foodservice role.
  • Prior experience in a people management role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
