Job description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to develop detailed job descriptions outlining the requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for each position.
- Sourcing Candidates
- Utilizing various methods to attract and identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Screening Resumes and Applications
- Reviewing resumes and job applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience against the job requirements.
- Conducting Interviews
- Interviewing candidates to evaluate their fit for the role, and assess their skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural alignment with the organization.
Requirements:
- BAC +5 Human resources
- 1-2 years experiences in sourcing
