Role Description:
- As a Global CAPEX Senior Procurement Manager, you will serve as the crucial link between the business unit CAPEX teams.
- You'll join a highly accomplished team, working alongside peers who continually strive to elevate their performance.
- Your primary responsibility is to ensure that suppliers align with our company's policies, procedures, and quality standards, and collaborate on innovative initiatives in conjunction with our organization.
Responsibilities:
You'll report directly to the International CAPEX Procurement Lead and, in summary, your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing Regional Sourcing & Global Category Strategies for CAPEX categories, aimed at delivering balanced and transformative value to our organization.
- Harnessing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to drive innovation and value creation across the globe.
- Delivering specific Cost Reduction and Cash Flow targets in alignment with overarching goals, with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and substantial gains in Value Engineering/Reform.
- Integrating into the sourcing strategy and execution in collaboration with the business units for the Top 25 International CAPEX Projects.
- Defining and executing a pioneering agenda for your area of responsibility, with the goal of advancing your categories.
- Collaborating in cross-functional teams (Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Legal, Project teams, etc.) to lead supplier selection and contracting for key CAPEX projects, as well as supporting projects.
- Developing and managing relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
- Providing support to Business Units in managing project crises and resolving escalations.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Procurement, Management, Supply Chain, or a related business field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Procurement, with additional experience in Indirect and CAPEX/MRO Procurement being advantageous.
- Experience in working across international time zones and communities.
- Ability to connect ideas and transform them into opportunities.
- Effective communication and influence skills for driving business decisions and change.
- Interpersonal agility, capable of achieving objectives through both formal and informal channels.
- Skillful priority setting, dedicating time to what matters most and removing obstacles to maintain focus.
- Strong change management and adaptability.
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages (Spanish, Indonesian, Mexican, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation development.
