Global Continuous Improvement Manager

My client is an American multinational food manufacturing company headquartered in United States. 

Role Description:

• Our colleagues in the Source to Pay team are looking for a Global Continuous Improvement Manager.
• As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to execute process improvements within tower that deliver efficiency and effectiveness savings and/or improve customer experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Investigate, analyse, and document the current state of business processes.
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology as applicable.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes and identify areas of non-value waste.
• Drive highly efficient processes and procedures.
• Provide progress reports and/or briefings on a regular basis to applicable stakeholders.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives aimed at improving GBS process efficiency, effectiveness and/or user experience.
• Contribute to a team environment that is focused on high performance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in data driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/external customer to drive change & continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraint.
• Language skills – advanced level of English.
