Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the leadership team to devise mid to long term commercial plans for the organization.
  • Develop mid to long term brand and portfolio strategy.
  • Design relevant and meaningful communication/ campaigns to serve the needs of target consumers
  • Build up distribution strategy in line with the growth aspiration of the organization.
  • Expedite short to long term trade visibility mix, retail profiling and merchandizing strategy.
  • Launch periodic channel campaigns in line with business objectives.
  • Build up relationship with the distribution partners.
  • Overall trade management, design and develop long term trade activation programs.
  • Standardize the number of processes & policy development to maintain nationwide distributors.
  • Works with the team to identify and implements solutions and pilots to drive process efficiencies & business goals.
  • Support regional key customers and drive collaboration.


Requirements:


  • Have 10 years working experience in Marketing and Commercial function (Sales and Distribution, Marketing or Consumer Research).
  • Strong preference for candidates with Tobacco and FMCG Experience.
  • Creative, passionate, and good sense of collaborating.
  • Having a strong analytical skill.
  • Have a good interpersonal communication skill.
  • Have a good people management skill.
