Head of ERP

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage SAP Practice.
• Manage all aspects of sab based project planning and delivery
• Manage existing and new projects.
• Manage full-time and part-time team as well as partners/subcontractors
• Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the solutioning implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.
• Work with the services and sales team to build relevant solutions.
• Must provide leadership and management for the assigned practice, and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed project success.
• Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful team building and a growth mindset.
• Mentor and nurture a team of professionals and create an effective ERP practice team that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery-market
• ready solutions.

Requirements :

• 10-15 years of SAP techno-functional experience.
• At least 3 years of SAP project and/or program management
• At least 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong solution architecture and hands on expertise in various SAP modules/languages.
• Strong experience on building highly available (HA) SAP deployments
• Experience with S4-HANA
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience and thought leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• University degree in computer science, comparable education or work experience.
• Achievement orientated, creative thinker and enthusiastic.
• Open-minded, strong in communication.
• Excellent presentation skills and organisation skills.
