Role Description:

• The ideal candidate will spearhead the advancement of the company's Studio Production facilities across multiple European locations.
• This pivotal role involves managing a dedicated team and collaborating closely with various departments to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Oversee a European team responsible for executing webcast and studio events across multiple locations.
• Innovation: Drive the strategic vision for Studio Operations, introducing new products and features to maintain a competitive edge.
• Project Management: Ensure seamless execution of events through effective resource planning and coordination.
• Operational Oversight: Manage studio resources, equipment, and vendor relationships to uphold quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key partners and vendors at both tactical and strategic levels.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Extensive experience in Studio Production, preferably in a TV/broadcast environment, with a minimum of 10 years' experience.
• Proven leadership skills with a client-centric approach.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), with additional languages such as Dutch and French considered advantageous.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and quickly troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Familiarity with webcast, webinar, or conference call communication is desirable.
• An understanding of the banking/financial sector is a plus.
