Their goal is to connect their clients with talented and relevant professionals, who would in turn contribute to the long-term development of the country.

Job description

Responsibilities :


  • Full management of HR processes related to Indian employees
  • Participate in the organization of administrative tasks related to the establishment and termination of employment, transfer and /collection of documents, liaising with employees, ensuring full legal and corporate (internal) compliance throughout the process
  • Support employees in learning HR programs, policies, to promote the integration of the Indian worker, -continuously
  • Coordinating accommodation arrangements for Indian employees,-
  • Familiarising the Indian employees with the accommodation rules and regulations and the behaviour in the accommodation
  • Holding staff meetings on a monthly basis,settling claims
  • Support employees in accessing healthcare, banking and other services:
  • Personal assistance with medical and health care in the event of health problems,
  • Opening bank accounts, arranging bank cards for Indian workers;
  • To provide personal assistance to Indian workers in dealing with administrative matters in the offices.
  • Providing personal assistance in dealing with the offices
  • Answering questions about wages,
  • Informing workers about the Hungarian tax system,
  • Interpretation and translation in Indian and English.
  • Liaising with other areas of the HR department


Requirements :


  • University degree and relevant HR work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR and relevant professional experience
  • Good communication skills both in Indic (Hindi or Kannada or Malayalam or Tamil, etc,)  and English languages
  • Excellent problem solving and adaptation skills
  • Ability to coordinate teams and processes
  • Highly motivated, process oriented and flexible personality
  • Experience in HR, recruitment and placement
