- We are currently looking for an experienced ICT Supporter to join our team in Basel.
- We offer you a varied field of activity with the following tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring ICT support (1st and 2nd level) for our national and international PC users in all matters relating to standard software, IT tools and IT processes.
- Analysis of incoming faults and development of solution proposals.
- Optimisation of procedures and processes.
- Ordering and management of IT hardware.
- Administration of Microsoft AD.
- Creation and updating of documentation and instructions.
- Support with IT projects.
Requirements:
- Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in ICT support
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft programs Windows and Office as well as in the network area
- Knowledge of Microsoft AD
- Experience with software packaging and Linux is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation, combined with a professional appearance and good communication skills
- Process- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Good knowledge of German and French, English an advantage
