ICT Supporter

• We are currently looking for an experienced ICT Supporter to join our team in Basel.
• We offer you a varied field of activity with the following tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring ICT support (1st and 2nd level) for our national and international PC users in all matters relating to standard software, IT tools and IT processes.
• Analysis of incoming faults and development of solution proposals.
• Optimisation of procedures and processes.
• Ordering and management of IT hardware.
• Administration of Microsoft AD.
• Creation and updating of documentation and instructions.
• Support with IT projects.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in ICT support
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft programs Windows and Office as well as in the network area
• Knowledge of Microsoft AD
• Experience with software packaging and Linux is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation, combined with a professional appearance and good communication skills
• Process- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Good knowledge of German and French, English an advantage
