Job description

Role Description:


  • As Indirect Retail Executive you will lead the implementation and execution of commercial plans in all retail channels (RRP + CC).
  • Focus on how to showcase RRP portfolio and help in generating more leads by coming up with programs to be implemented in their channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Make sure that our distributor and 3rd party agencies are aware of our vision and helping to implement it in the market.
  • Visit the market on daily basis in order to check if all critical metrics are being implemented and met (ie. E-ordering, DTE, RGM etc…).
  • Educate all business partners on our RRP portfolio and what is the difference between RRP & CC products.
  • Analyze market trends and competition.
  • Come up with action plans for business problems they face in their territories.


Requirements:


  • You have a college / university degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing.
  • You have minimum 3 years of professional experience in B2B or B2C field sales within FMCG.
  • Sales experience in different channels (GT, KA, WS).
  • You have good planning, priority setting, and communication skills.
  • You have excellent command in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
