Job description

Role Description:


  • The IT BRM, SEA will build and deliver a roadmap for technology and digital capabilities to support the strats and plans for South East Asia BU.
  • The position will be responsible for end-to-end IT planning, implementation, and running IT solutions across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Data & Analytics functions. 
  • The role involves building strong business partnership across functions and BU leadership, influencing business capability improvement with technology, delivering key projects with support from regional, global IT and external vendors, and ensuring operational excellence of existing solutions. 


Responsibilities:


  • Bring strong business understanding and IT functional skills to the table, focused on achieving the right outcomes for the SEA business by leveraging technology. 
  • Visible champion for digital capabilities that can deliver business value. 
  • Build strong partnerships with SEA leadership and functional teams to align on a Joint Business Plan for IT – across operational excellence and new capability.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and partnership to adopt and get full value realization from IT systems and investments. Get right people-process-technology balance.
  • Deliver on JBP – projects delivering on committed business outcomes, with quality, at the right cost and timelines.
  • Deliver on operational excellence & SLAs; anticipate, identify and resolve risks & issues; get timely attention to break barriers and solve problems.
  • Achieve right balance between local relevance and global/regionally scaled solutions.
  • Manage overall IT budgets, including expense and capital to targets.
  • Build strong partnerships with Regional and Global IT teams, to fully leverage them for solution design, delivery and sustainment to achieve optimum outcomes for the SEA business.
  • Represent IT Functional directions, architecture, standards, compliance expectations, and priorities in SEA business, and ensure alignment. 
  • Live the K-Values 


Requirements:


  • 5 years+ IT project delivery and business relationship management in CPG businesses.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in at least one of supply chain/ERP, commercial or data & analytics domains, and good broad exposure to all
  • Experience with CPG Route-to-market solutions like Distributor Management Systems, Sales Force Automation, Trade Promotions Management etc would be a big advantage.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience in project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Experience managing vendors and contractors, and negotiation skills
  • Relevant educational qualifications.
