They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.


Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate performance solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to implement improvements to increase effectiveness of curriculum.
  • Partner with potential customers including employees, SMEs, management, and leaders from multiple business lines to implement effective learning solutions.
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures to ensure the relevance of learning content.
  • Work with team members to manage content on LMS and assist with implementation of a LCMS.
  • Utilize learning technologies where appropriate to provide effective content delivery.
  • Leverage relevant systems for e-learning, virtual learning, collaboration, mobile learning, learning management, content management, knowledge management, talent management, and performance monitoring.
  • Work independently, developing deliverables utilizing stakeholder input
  • Use Microsoft Office products to develop professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or similar field.
  • Ten (10) years of experience related to the analysis, design, development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of learning, development, and performance solutions.
  • High level of proficiency in English reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
  • High level of familiarity using learning technologies, including learning management systems, virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom), and e-learning development (e.g. Storyline, Rise and Captivate).
  • 3 years of facilitation experience
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Adaptability and the ability to effectively work with limited oversight
  • Remain flexible with changes in project scope, deadlines and resources.
  • ESL Certification preferred
  • Experience with AR/VR implementation preferred
  • Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or similar professional certification preferred.
