Integrated Planner SAUDI

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demand Planning for select customers and operations.
• Owns the demand planning process, ensuring that it happens on a timely basis and all parties are compliant with the process.
• Partner with the commercial teams to understand and drive key requirements along with timely visibility of opportunities and risks enabling timely decisions.
• Play an active role in maintaining KPI focused culture, driving results on MAPE & BIAS with robust planning support to multifunctional teams.
• Lead the end-to-end planning of the entire portfolio across a select number of markets including demand, supply and initiatives planning.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the distributors from a planning point of view.
• Responsible for delivering orders on time, forecast accuracy, OTIF and KSOP KPIs.
• Support the IBP lead with key simplification & automation projects.
• MEP Key-User for Pathways.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5-8 years of Demand Planning & S&OP experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
• Proficient knowledge of ERP.
• Ability to work in a multi-task, team environment.
• Strong customer service focus.
• High attention to detail.
