IT Project Manager

Responsibilities :

• Once a program/project is set in motion, Plan and communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the teams and communicate project status regularly
• Contributing to the development of detailed project plans; identifying resource needs to support delivery efforts and coordinating the daily activities, prepare project plan, issues/risk register and status reports
• Influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
• Drives targeted, sustainable improvement by leveraging consulting skills and change management processes
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and drive the continuous improvements of IT implementation methodology
• Assist with prioritizing incoming workload and effective utilization of resources assigned
• Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.

Requirements 

• A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting or project management. Advanced degree (MS, MBA) is desirable
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience including large-scale project management 
• Experience working with SAP ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office 365, Cloud is desirable
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable in front of all levels of the organization
• Capable of working independently under ambiguous and/or changing conditions
• Strong leadership, negotiation and conflict management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude
• PMP or project management certification preferred
