IT Support Engineer

Our partner organisation is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Zwaag. Here you will manage the technical setup of their client environments. You will be responsible for integrating the software with 3rd party tools like Microsoft Office 365, Document Management Systems and/or Workflow Systems, supporting the data migration process, supporting MDM implementations (e.g. Microsoft InTune), monitoring logfiles, testing and keeping documentation and our knowledge base up to date.

Qualifications:

• A middle-level degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable experience providing technical support for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and other MDM systems, including device management and mobile application management
• Strong understanding of SaaS applications and their deployment and management
• Knowledge of iOS, Windows and Android operating systems and their integration with Microsoft products
• Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices
• The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
• Fluency in English is a must, and professional capacity in another language is a plus
