Role Introduction

 

Owing to our substantial growth plans we are desirous of recruiting Technical Consultants for our Executive Search Division, who will be responsible for end to end talent acquisition activities, involving senior management search mandates, for our top ranking Indian and Global clients.

Job Responsibility and Duties

 

Ø  Write and post technical job description

Ø  Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resume

Ø  Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral question)

Ø  Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Ø  Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

Ø  Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

Ø  Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Knowledge/Skills Required

 

Ø  Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)

Ø  Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Ø  Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Ø  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

 

Working Hours

 

This role requires you to work 5 days a week from Mon to Fri for 9:15 hours a day. The various shift timing mirrors regions covering APAC, India, Europe and USA markets.
