IT & Technology Manager

About the role

Our client are a French subsidiary of a Swiss group with an international dimension, a market leader in France in the Building energy efficiency sector, offering an extensive range of products, solutions and services for the optimization of comfort and energy within. Turning over 25 million euros, with a team size of 130.

Under the responsibility of the Technical Support & Marketing Department, the IT Manager is in charge of the management of the IT system, monitoring business IT developments and the IT team.

As an IT & Technology Manager, you will...

·      Organize and coordinate the IT projects determined by the company (ERP, CRM, GED ... )

·      Manage the maintenance and the evolutions of the systems and networks

·      Design and define the processes of IT projects

·      Identify any issues, the needs of change and determine the corrective actions to bring

·      Relationship with IT suppliers in partnership with the Purchasing Department

·      Update skills on new technical developments (hardware and software);

·      Participate and collaborate in SRF and SBA IT meetings;

What you already have... 

·      5+ years’ experience as an IT Manager

·      IT/Computer Science/Engineer degree or equivalent technical experience

·      Experience managing a small team

·      5 years of successful experience in an equivalent position.

·      You must be able to understand and communicate successfully in order to succeed in this mission.

·      Speak French and English. Knowledge of German would be a plus.
