Job description

Responsibilities :


  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Review of customer contracts in close coordination with the legal department
  • Providing crucial information for internal planning processes
  • Full responsibility for the implementation of projects in all phases - you will lead both internal and external teams.
  • Significantly involved in the development and implementation of regional growth plans
  • Definition of tactical measures for specific customer accounts
  • Identifying and managing new business opportunities and developing customized products to meet customer requirements
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Responsibility for preparing financial justifications, presentations and offers as well as negotiations for specific projects
  • Pricing of existing business with a particular focus on profitability and contracting with customers.


Requirements :


  • Completed (technical) degree
  • Fluent German and English
  • Several years of professional experience in (technical) sales
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Customer experience with a German OEM is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel to our customer's location (approx. 2 days per week)
