Our client is currently seeking a Lead Auditor to join their Risk & Assurance team in Krakow, Poland.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and leading assurance engagements to evaluate risk management, internal controls, and compliance across the organization.

You will coordinate and direct audit teams to efficiently complete engagements within timelines and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead assurance gathering activities to assess operational risk responses, compliance with policies and procedures, and internal control effectiveness
• Coordinate and direct audit teams to complete engagements efficiently and effectively
• Manage day-to-day interactions with audit stakeholders
• Collaborate with other assurance functions including Risk & Controls, Information Security & Data Privacy, and Ethics & Compliance

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field like Economics, Business Administration, or Informatics
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA is a plus
• 3-7 years experience in risk management, internal audit, accounting, finance or consulting
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or international assignments is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present with clarity
