Lead HR Business Partner Specialist

Our Client operates in the Oil and Energy industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Saudi Arabia. It has its branches spread to more than 50 countries, providing employment to more than 68,500 people all over the world. They fall under the Fortune 500 Companies. They are one of the world’s largest oil producers. They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.

Responsibilities: 

We are seeking an experienced Lead HR Business Partner to join our diverse and dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR business partnering and experience leading HR transformation in a large matrix reporting organization. 

Areas of responsibility include: 

• Partner closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on HR best practices, policies and procedures.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work environment.
• Provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. To inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor and develop HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years progressive HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experienced in managing organizational change and HR transformation.
• Adaptable and resilient with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Motivated to continually improve processes and performance.
