Role Overview:
- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on driving exceptional sales performance, primarily within large Indian conglomerates and Public Sector Units (PSUs).
- Your role will be central to fostering deep customer relationships, driving market expansion, and executing effective sales strategies. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering innovative solutions and driving long-term growth for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Motivation:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Design and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers at the CXO level, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
- Track team performance using sales data, identifying trends and implementing improvements to ensure team objectives are consistently met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, customer experience, and other internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership, aligning strategies and initiatives with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 15+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Atleast 2-3 years of experience in leading a team of account managers and delivering goals in excess of $ 15 Mn ACV or $ 30 Mn TCV
- Proven experience in leading a team and achieving significant sales goals.
- Experience in managing large enterprise and PSU’s customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making.
- Sound understanding of MEDDPICC sales
