Litigation eDiscovery Project Manager (Hybrid)

Our client operates in the Financial sector, with its headquarters rooted strongly in the United States. It has its branches spread to more than 160 countries, providing employment to more than 200k people all over the world. They fall in the Top 15 largest Banks in the United States. Its core business is to provide various Banking and Financial services to its clients. It is known to have one of the biggest balance sheet banks in the world (among others) aiding it to offer 360-degree financial services to its clients.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with all parties, both internal and external, to assist with the collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data
• Training and advising Legal teams on eDiscovery industry “best practices” and the most efficient use of eDiscovery technologies and services available to meet the matter needs
• Submit RFP’s (Request for Proposal) for new projects with our processing and review vendors
• Constant oversight and tracking of all assigned matters, from start to finish, for compliance with our client eDiscovery Billing Guidelines and Vendor Management
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations and effectively communicate our client guidelines
• Provide cost estimates and advise on maximizing efficiencies and cost reductions
• Identify internal process improvement and standardizations
• Communicate and escalate issues appropriately
• Review and resolve invoice issues
• Maintain detailed matter notes, documentation, and weekly updates
• Available to work off hours when necessary (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in supporting eDiscovery matters and applying eDiscovery industry “best practices”
• Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
• Knowledge of eDiscovery review platforms and technologies preferred (i.e., Relativity)
• Knowledge of different sources of data (i.e., emails, chats, Bloomberg, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
