Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, lead, and manage initiatives to execute the evolution of Route-To-Market (RTM) design in the Philippine market via digital B2B selling platform (Appwards Kasosyo). 
  • This includes detailed trade segmantation analysis, distribution models applicable to varying geaographical limitations and business environment in the Philippines, and coverage expansion
  • planning with route re-configuration management of both existing customers and potential new stores to achieve the transformation of our distribution model, leading to a significant increase in coverage, while maintaining our cost base and our firm leadership in the market.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales functions. Field Sales background with exposure to nationwide project execution is preferred.
  • Multiple distribution model knowledge
  • Commercial program creation and execution
  • Wholesale and Retail operations knowledge
  • Experience in working with various roles in Field Sales
  • Experience in projects that require nationwide roll-outs
