Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy for building capability for our client employees and 3rd party employees in Maghreb cluster.
• Identify capability gaps at individual, functional and market level in alignment with functional heads.
• Drive structured processes and tools to equip PM and 3rd party employees with knowledge.
• Coordinate innovatively with regional and global stakeholders to develop/localize appropriate online/offline capability development solutions.
• Equip markets with commercial system capabilities.
• Design, deploy and track quarterly and yearly training plans.
• Build and adapt new online training and coaching platforms.
• Adapt scripts and talking points for frontliners according to consumer's pain-points in line with market strategy. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as managerial roles in capability building.
• Solid experience in deployment of online/offline learning solutions.
• Agility to change.
• Very good influencing, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English & French both written & spoken.
