Job description

Responsibilities: 


  • Responsible for all assembly work, managing 120 machines with a workforce of approximately 300 people. 
  • Direct reports include 3 production supervisors and 2 production supervisors (one upstairs and one downstairs), along with 5-6 team leaders and 10-20 frontline operators per shift (total scale of about 100-200 people). 
  • Involved in turntable machines, pin insertion machines, and new energy machines. 
  • In the Kunshan Phase II project, responsible for assembly and integration, including setup, project implementation, and staff training.


Requirements:


  • Age under 43, no gender preference, at least a bachelor's degree, with a background in the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Basic knowledge of LEAN concepts and tools, with solid theoretical knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate in simple written English.
  • Management experience in factories with 200-500 employees, with preference for production managers from the automotive industry; experience in the electronics industry will not be considered.
  • Cross-departmental leadership skills, understanding of overall operations concepts, SQDC, and results-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
  • Personnel management skills, able to mobilize organizational structure, with experience in terminating employees.
  • Effective personnel coaching, understanding of delivery processes and handling customer complaints.
  • Ability to learn and a broad perspective, capable of handling complex cases with practical experience.
  • Minimal travel required, must be flexible to be assigned to 5 factories (including Nantong factory).
