Manager - Production

Responsibilities:

• Set the Yearly and Quarterly Action Plans required to deliver the Factory's Strategic Choices and Master Plans
• Apply Lean; Six Sigma methodology to accelerate Performance Rate of Improvement
• Deliver the Productivity projects identified - Use internal; external benchmarks to drive continued improvements.
• Secure Product Superiority through minimized product variability and spec consistency, ensure Quality Parameters are met and GMP, GHP etc are maintained.
• Ensure the implementation of Innovation Projects respecting agreed lead time and product specifications (First Time Right)
• Lead the process for organizing, controlling and utilizing all resources, human and materials to maximize achievement of the Masterplan for his/ her area within prescribed timescales. 
• Responsible for MIS and Controlling material variances.
• Work towards developing a zero- risk operating culture and build a safe working environment
• Coaches the Production Teams towards Operational Excellence through Best Practices of Quality and Manufacturing Standards.
