Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the Market Data Compliance Program, conducting customer compliance reviews and onsite audits, start to finish, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Develop, implement, and administer all aspects of the Market Data Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to market data contracts and best practices.
  • Serve as an independent and objective body, evaluating compliance issues and concerns within customer organizations.
  • Act as a conduit for communication, receiving and directing compliance issues to the appropriate channels for investigation and resolution. 
  • Provide guidance on exchange policies regarding market data provision, safeguarding revenue and ensuring compliance. 


Requirements:


  • Higher professional education in Market Data or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in the subject matter.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and participants, with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex compliance issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques to extract insights and drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective interaction.
  • Ability to work independently while also fostering strong relationships and collaboration within a team environment.
  • Exemplary integrity, discretion, and attention to detail, ensuring compliance standards are upheld with the utmost professionalism. 
  • Proactive, flexible, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of compliance management.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with compliance audits, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
